Job summary

Executive Alliance in New York seeks an Electronic Assembler to join our production team. You will assemble circuit boards and components, solder wires, perform inspections, and document test results to ensure compliance with aerospace standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, hands-on experience in electronic assembly, and proficiency with reading schematics. IPC-A-610/J-STD-001 knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification helpful.
• Experience in electronic assembly, preferably in aerospace.
• Proficiency in soldering, wiring, and reading technical diagrams.
• Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components and circuit boards per schematics and work instructions.
• Solder and connect wires, terminals, and connectors per specifications.
• Perform inspections and functional tests to ensure quality compliance.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and automated assembly equipment.
• Maintain documentation of assembly records and test results.
• Follow safety protocols and ESD procedures.
• Collaborate with QC and engineering to address issues.
