Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on electronics assembly/testing experience.
• IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and IPC-7711 certifications.
• Ability to interpret schematics and engineering drawings.
• Strong dexterity and attention to detail.
• 18 years of age minimum.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and reassemble top assembly chassis and sub-assemblies.
• Mentor and cross-train teammates.
• Set up and operate test equipment to evaluate products.
• Interpret drawings to ensure quality and drive improvements.
• Maintain clean, safe workstations and follow safety rules.
