Job summary

Trident Systems in Chantilly, VA, is seeking an Aerospace Electronics Assembly Technician to assemble, inspect, and test high-reliability electronic and electro-mechanical hardware for space and defense systems. You will follow engineering docs, perform cable and harness fabrication, soldering, and related production activities while ensuring quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Level B: 4+ years related experience or 2 yrs post-secondary with some related experience.
• Level C: 6+ years related experience or 2 yrs post-secondary with some related experience.
• Experience with electronics or cable assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical product per instructions and manuals.
• Follow written instructions to perform tasks consistently.
• Perform wiring harness and cable assembly with continuity checks.
• Apply J-STD-001 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards to work.
• Use small hand tools, calibrated equipment, and soldering/desoldering gear.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed.
