6AM City, LLC is seeking an Aerospace Manufacturing Technician in Santa Ana, CA on 2nd shift (2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.). This contract-to-hire role involves high-volume mechanical and electronic assembly for defense production, aiming to produce 5,000 units per month.

Overtime and potential relocation to Ohio are possible depending on production needs. You will perform repetitive mechanical assemblies, build and test electronic components, read blueprints, use hand and power tools, and conduct

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a manufacturing setting, aerospace/electronics preferred.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools and soldering.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics and assembly instructions.
• Familiarity with RF systems and RF testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive mechanical assemblies to support high-volume production targets (up to 5,000 units/month).
• Assemble wire harnesses, test racks, junction boxes and related components.
• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams and schematics to complete assemblies accurately.
• Use hand/power tools, calipers, micrometers and test equipment for assemblies and inspections.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure specifications are met.
• Validate and test electronic components with meters and scopes.
