Job summary

Captor Corporation is seeking an electronics assembler for first shift in Tipp City, Ohio. You will solder and assemble electronics and hardware for aerospace applications in a temperature-controlled environment, following build documentation and training.

Expect to verify parts with calipers and height gauges, read technical drawings, and ensure clean, safe, and high-quality assemblies. Requires high school education, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to interpret safety rules,

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Good hand/eye coordination; able to work with small parts and assemblies.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, technical drawings, and procedure manuals.
• Computer literacy.
• Flexible to changing work assignments.
• Communicates effectively with management and team members.

Responsibilities

• Work with your hands to solder and assemble electronics and hardware.
• Verify dimensions of parts to technical drawings using tools such as calipers and height gauges.
• Accurately assemble materials with quality and on time.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, specifications, work orders, or instructions.
• Adhere to all product and process documentation.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Ensure proper safety and housekeeping standards.
• Inspect wiring installations, assemblies, and circuits.
• Work with Quality team to resolve issues in a timely fashion.
• Other duties assigned.
