Job summary

Aerotek in Redmond, WA is seeking an Aerospace Electronics assembler for 1st or 2nd shift. The role involves assembling mechanical and electronic equipment for the aerospace sector, interpreting technical manuals and schematics, and growing professionally within a major industry player.

Responsibilities include wiring harness assembly, soldering to IPC standards, quality inspections, basic electrical testing, and documenting results.

Qualifications

• Strong assembly experience.
• Ability to use common hand tools and precision measuring equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and component schematics.
• Basic PC skills, including Word and Excel.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and understanding English.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components, circuit boards, and wiring harnesses per drawings and work instructions.
• Perform soldering of through-hole and surface-mount components following IPC standards.
• Inspect and verify assemblies for quality and functional compliance.
• Conduct basic electrical testing using multimeters, oscilloscopes and other tools.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assembly processes and test results.
