Qualifications

• 1+ year of electromechanical assembly experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Experience with soldering, wiring, and integrating complex electronic components.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and troubleshoot a variety of complex electromechanical assemblies.
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Perform high-quality soldering and desoldering per J-STD-001 Class III standards.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
• Collaborate with design, production, and quality assurance teams.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines.
