The role requires reading schematics, using hand tools and test equipment, and following ESD and safety procedures. You will document repairs and support continuous improvements in a collaborative, low-stress environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with electro‑mechanical assembly, repair, or testing.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with ESD procedures and electronic testing equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on returned customer products.
• Perform electro‑mechanical assembly using blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Conduct product testing and inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and test equipment, including multimeters.
• Follow ESD, quality, and safety procedures throughout the repair and assembly process.
• Document repairs, inspections, and testing results accurately.
• Support continuous improvement and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
