Howmet Aerospace Inc. Dover Alloy in Dover, New Jersey, seeks an Electrician A to join the weekend night shift, Friday–Sunday 6PM–6:30AM. Starting pay is $38.04/hour with potential increase after 12 months to $40.73/hour and shift premium during off-hours. A $5,000 sign-on bonus applies after 90 days for external candidates.

The role provides electrical support, maintenance of plant electrical systems, and adherence to EHS policies. Benefits include vacation, holidays, 401(k), and medical plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years in a manufacturing electrician role.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
• Experience with electrical maintenance in a plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and install electrical systems and equipment per supervision.
• Inspect circuits, wiring, and ensure compliance with safety codes.
• Perform PM on electrical equipment and assist training of others.
• Troubleshoot PLC inputs/outputs and related signals.
• Operate and troubleshoot high voltage equipment (600V).
