Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in STEM with 2+ years of related experience or a Master’s in STEM with 0 years.
• Ability to read, interpret, and author system-level and electrical requirements and ICDs.
• Proficiency with requirement-management tools (e.g., IBM DOORS).
• Willingness to work on fast-paced development programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine the system electrical architecture including power distribution and interfaces.
• Analyze communication flows across serial links, avionics networks, and timing margins.
• Translate system requirements into electrical/subsystem requirements with traceability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and lead/participate in design reviews and ICDs.
• Support verification plans, test procedures, and integration activities.
