Job summary

Strativ Group in the United States is seeking an experienced Electrical Technician with a strong background in wire harness assembly, electrical wiring and hardware integration. A valid IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification is required and hands-on experience in a technical manufacturing environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in electrical harness assembly, wiring or cable fabrication.
• Practical experience with crimping, soldering and connector assembly.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience using electrical test equipment, such as multimeters and continuity testers.
• Background in automotive, motorsports, autonomous vehicles, aerospace, or other high-tech industries.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble and install wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
• Carry out crimping, soldering, wire preparation and connector termination.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and engineering drawings.
• Perform continuity testing, electrical checks and fault-finding.
• Route cables and install harnesses with proper strain relief and secure connections.
• Support electrical integration of avionics, circuit boards and other hardware.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues and maintain quality standards.
