Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of high reliability manufacturing experience; defense/aerospace experience is highly desired.
• Must understand ESD processes and be familiar with IPC, J-STD, AS and MIL specifications.
• Ability to recommend process changes to facilitate production goals.

Responsibilities

• Assembles electrical components and wiring harnesses according to specifications.
• Manufactures circuitry and wiring harnesses based on manufacturing orders.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment.

Skills

High reliability manufacturing experience

Solder operations experience

IPC-620 & IPC-610 or J-STD-001 certified

Knowledge of lean manufacturing

Quality control techniques

Clear communication in English

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
