Job summary

Sceye, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Technician with a strong background in harness assembly to support the production and integration of electrical systems for our stratospheric platforms.

The role is hands-on, demanding precision and knowledge of aerospace-grade wiring standards. You will build, route, and install electrical harnesses, read engineering drawings, and participate in testing and troubleshooting to ensure harness integrity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in electrical harness assembly, wiring, or related field.
• Proficiency in crimping, soldering, and connector assembly.
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Strong understanding of cable routing, strain relief, and aerospace/automotive wiring standards.
• Hands-on experience using tools such as wire strippers, heat shrink tubing, and torque wrenches.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Harness Fabrication & Assembly – Build, route, and install electrical harnesses according to aerospace standards.
• Wiring & Integration – Assist in assembly and installation of electrical components.
• Blueprint & Schematic Interpretation – Read schematics and wiring diagrams for accurate builds.
• Testing & Troubleshooting – Perform continuity tests and insulation checks.
• Quality Control & Compliance – Ensure work meets safety and aerospace regulations.
• Collaboration – Work with engineers and technicians to support system integration.
