Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and management for product development and sustaining programs.
• Lead initiatives to improve electrical engineering processes and methodologies.
• Plan and manage deployment of resources for multiple projects.
• Establish and monitor department budgets.
• Provide mentorship on DC-DC design, power systems, and hybrid circuit technologies.
• Identify and mitigate risks in electrical designs (thermal management, EMI, radiation).
