IDD Aerospace Corporation is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design and certify avionics for cockpit solutions on military and commercial aircraft. You will contribute to the development and sustainment of products from concept through certification, with emphasis on safety and reliability per aviation standards.

Responsibilities include requirements capture, schematic capture, PCB layout, testing, and collaboration with software, mechanical, and quality teams. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• 3–5 years of electrical engineering experience in aeronautics or avionics.
• Experience with aviation safety and regulatory standards (DO-254, DO-178, DO-160).

Responsabilités

• Design and certify avionics for cockpit solutions and flight decks.
• Perform electrical design activities: requirements capture, schematic, PCB layout and verification.
• Support FAA/EASA certification activities and field issues.
• Lead or participate in design reviews and cross-functional teams.
