Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform repetitive hand/arm tasks.
• Ability to distinguish colors, shades, and small component details.
• Assembly environment with moderate noise; standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to drawings and work instructions.
• Perform wiring, cable harness assembly, and rework tasks as needed.
• Prepare materials and build harness kits; operate equipment such as wire laser printers and label printing devices.
• Inspect work for accuracy and report non-conformities.
• Support inventory, logistics, and material handling activities.
• Complete required documentation and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Follow all company quality, safety, and FOD procedures.
