RTX is seeking technicians for onsite assembly roles in Phoenix, AZ. You will read blueprints, assemble components, perform quality checks, and ensure adherence to safety standards on a first shift (5:30 am – 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday).

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) or vocational/technical education in related discipline.
• IPC Class III soldering certification is preferred; experience with electronic assembly is desirable.
• Experience in the aerospace industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Reads and interprets blueprints, diagrams, drawings, specifications, and bills of materials.
• Operates hand and electrical tools, measuring devices, and light machinery.
• Maintains inventory at workstations to ensure smooth production flow.
• Performs quality checks, identifies defects, and records issues.
• Reworks and repairs assembled equipment per engineering changes.
• Adheres to safety and quality standards in a clean, safe work environment.
