Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary electronics engineering team, providing technical direction and career development support.
• Oversee the design and development of advanced power electronics, motor control systems, and embedded hardware solutions.
• Drive product development from concept, architecture, and prototyping through manufacturing and production release.
• Manage technical project execution, schedules, engineering resources, and risk mitigation activities.
• Support customer engagements, design reviews, technical presentations, and business development initiatives.
• Lead root cause investigations, manufacturing test strategy development, and continuous improvement efforts.
