Enjet Aero in Malden, MA is seeking a CNC Machinist for the night shift to set up and run 3- and 5-axis machines, inspect parts, and support a precision aerospace manufacturer that produces components for leading OEMs. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of CNC operation, can read operation sheets and blueprints, and is eager to learn from engineering and programming teams to improve operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary CNC education preferred.
• 3+ years of CNC machine operation experience.
• Okuma control knowledge is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle complexity.
• Willingness to learn from engineering and programming teams.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain and operate vertical and horizontal multi-axis milling and turning machines to produce high-quality aerospace components without supervision.
• Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials onto machine.
• Read operation sheets and blueprints.
• Experience with large diameter, thin wall parts preferred.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers, supervisors, and other staff.
• Other duties as directed by supervisor.
