Enjet Aero in Erie, PA is seeking a CNC Machine Operator for the night shift to produce machined parts on CNC machines (Lathe, Mill, EDM). The role requires a high school diploma or GED and understanding of CNC equipment, tooling, and processes.

Hours are Monday–Thursday, 4 pm–4 am, with a 20% shift differential; training on 1st shift is required initially. You will inspect parts, maintain quality, document issues, and work with peers to meet production deadlines.

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary CNC education preferred.
• Working knowledge of CNC machine equipment, tooling, and processes.
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Load parts and operate CNC machines (Lathe, Mill, EDM).
• Ensure continuous production of parts meeting customer expectations.
• Perform minor edits of CNC programs and replace tooling as needed.
• Inspect completed parts using micrometers, indicators, and calipers.
• Maintain quality standards and document issues for supervisor review.
• Develop good working relationships with peers and supervisors.
• Other duties as directed by supervisor.
