Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking Documentation Analysts to join our Mesa, AZ team on a full-time contract lasting about two months with a possibility of extension. You will handle documentation and data for product development, using CATIA, 3DX, and Power BI, and must learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, data auditing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant and up-to-date records.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing, auditing, and analyzing data.
• Experience entering and managing data within web-based applications or tools.
• Strong computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify data variances and documentation gaps.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and maintain documentation and data related to product development and operational processes.
• Research, organize, and audit technical documentation, including Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) records.
• Enter, update, and manage data within web-based applications and internal systems.
• Analyze data sets to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, trends, and required corrections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve documentation issues and ensure data accuracy.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to documentation standards and processes.
• Monitor product lifecycle documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while handling large volumes of data and documentation.
