Job summary

PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking detail-oriented Documentation Analysts for a Mesa, AZ project. You will research, organize, and audit technical documentation, focusing on BOMs and PLM records, while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

This full-time contract role runs about two months with a chance of extension. Familiarity with CATIA, 3DX, and Power BI is preferred; strong learning skills and independence are essential.

Are you looking for a great opportunity in the Aerospace Industry??

We are seeking detail-oriented and highly organized Documentation Analysts to join our team in Mesa, AZ. This is a full-time contract opportunity expected to last approximately two months, with the potential for extension. Multiple openings are available.

In this role, you will be responsible for researching, organizing, auditing, and maintaining technical documentation related to product and operational data. While engineering experience is not required, candidates must possess strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple software applications.

You will work primarily with CATIA, 3DX and Power BI systems. Training will be provided; however, successful candidates must be comfortable learning new technology and adapting quickly to new processes.

Location: Mesa, AZ
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.




• Familiarity with technical documentation, BOMs, or document control processes.




• Experience using data visualization or reporting tools such as Power BI.




• Strong statistical analysis and data interpretation skills.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
