Job summary

TRIGO ADR Americas is seeking a quality inspector experienced in dimensional inspection of aerospace machined components. The role involves performing FAI’s (AS9102), using hand measurement tools, and applying GD&T (ASME Y14.5) to blueprint interpretations.

You will conduct final and receiving inspections, ensuring compliance with quality policies. The position requires fluent English, ability to work with a team, and a valid driver’s license; benefits include healthcare and a 401k with match.

Qualifications

• Experience in dimensional inspection of aerospace machined components as described.
• Experience performing FAI’s (AS9102) and using hand measurement tools.
• Proficiency with CMM inspection processes and GD&T (ASME Y14.5).
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret documentation.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional, visual, surface finish, and assembly inspection on aerospace components.
• Read and interpret quality policies, procedures, blueprints and related documents.
• Support corrective actions and root cause analysis.
• Process warehouse materials and follow established guidelines.
• Work with the quality team under typical office conditions and meet deadlines.
