Job summary

ATI is seeking a forging technician in Irvine, CA to assist press operators and support the forging of jet engine components for aerospace applications. The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy in work instructions, and a continuous improvement mindset to ensure safe, efficient production.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Preparing metal stock for forging, positioning hot metal stock on hot dies, and extracting hot forgings from dies.
• Completing quality assurance and part tracking documentation.
• Preparing thermocouple wiring.
• Operating a forklift following safe work practices.
• Other duties as assigned by supervision.
