Job summary

Moog seeks a Demand Planning Manager to own a single unconstrained rolling demand plan across OE, aftermarket, and MRO for the Commercial Aircraft Group. You will lead the monthly Demand Review within IBP, partnering with Program Management, Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to refine assumptions and drive alignment with capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance required.
5+ years in supply chain, demand planning, forecasting, IBP, S&OP or related planning.
Experience building and managing demand forecasts with statistical and assumption-based methods.

Responsibilities

Own an unconstrained rolling demand plan for OE, aftermarket, and MRO across CAG.
Lead the monthly Demand Review within IBP, coordinating multiple teams.
Develop forecasting models using demand signals, history, and market intel.
Monitor forecast accuracy and bias; implement corrective actions.
Represent demand planning in IBP for supply, inventory, and financial planning.
Collaborate with Operations, Programs, Finance to align demand with capabilities.
