Job summary

Attalon, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for our Longmont, CO facility. This on-site role oversees procurement, subcontracting, supplier logistics, and shipping/receiving, with leadership over a multidisciplinary team.

The position coordinates with engineering and manufacturing for NDA, NPI, and bid/proposal activities while ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and ITAR/EAR. The role emphasizes cost reduction, supplier performance, and LEAN process implementation across supply chain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive supply chain experience.
• Proven track record in contract negotiations and value capture.
• Strong supplier evaluation and performance oversight.
• Ability to interpret technical information for suppliers.
• Experience with multiple ERP systems.
• Excellent time-management and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement and subcontract management activities.
• Coach and develop procurement staff for daily execution.
• Oversee supplier logistics and material flow to schedules.
• Drive supplier performance for on-time delivery and quality.
• Own department budget and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Lead supplier selection, qualification, and cost standards.
• Ensure FAR/DFARS/ITAR/EAR compliance with internal teams.
