Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex aerospace and defense programs from proposal through delivery. You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Contracts, Finance, and Business Development to meet cost, schedule, quality, and contractual objectives.

You will lead IPTs, manage budgets, and drive risk management while maintaining customer satisfaction and transparent executive reviews.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical program management in aerospace/defense or regulated industries.
• Strong engineering background with hardware/systems development experience.
• Experience with EVM and program performance monitoring.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple technical programs from proposal through closeout.
• Own program performance including cost, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead IPTs and cross-functional teams; maintain schedules and resource forecasts.
• Drive timely, high-quality delivery across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.
• Oversee requirements, risks, subcontracting, and technical reviews.
• Present program health metrics to executives and key stakeholders.
