Job summary

AeroVironment is seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee complex programs, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance. You will mentor other PMs and serve as the single point of contact for program activities with customers.

Responsibilities include leading planning, risk management, and program reviews, while maintaining strong customer relationships and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 12–15 years of experience in Program Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership for planning, top-down requirements, and cost/schedule/scope estimation for complex programs.
• Lead bottom-up cost/schedule/scope estimation, resource planning, and IMS development.
• Ensure customer alignment and manage overall satisfaction with internal and external customers.
