Job summary

DZYNE Technologies in Portland, OR seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead aerospace/defense programs on site. You will drive schedules, budgets, and staffing, coordinating between engineering, clients, and management to meet program objectives.

Your strong technical leadership will guide rapid design and development under EV and CCPM controls. The role requires 5+ years in program management for aerospace/defense, with ERP/MRP and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Understanding CCPM, EV and project controls in aerospace/defense.
• Experience across the product lifecycle.
• Experience in enterprise resourcing and planning tools.
• Exposure to multi-disciplinary engineering functions.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, test procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare program execution plans, schedules and budgets across all phases.
• Manage supplier change orders and material costs.
• Direct engineering activities for the program.
• Interface with clients and relevant staff.
• Prepare Master Phasing Schedules, Staffing Plan and WBS.
• Use ERP to analyze financial data and generate reports.
• Present monthly technical and financial program reports, EV metrics.
• Ensure staffing/hiring plans align with program success.
• Lead proposal development with technical and cost volumes.
• Manage subcontractor evaluation, selection and execution.
• Proficient with MS Office, including Project.
• Coordinate product transition from development to rate production.
