Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Engineering, Program/Project Management, Government Contract Administration, or related field.
• Ability to plan, execute, monitor, and control programs to meet financial, delivery, schedule, and customer-satisfaction objectives.
• Experience with changes to scope, cost, schedule, resources, and program performance using PM processes.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and effective communication with executives and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception to delivery, achieving financial and customer-satisfaction targets.
• Coordinate priorities, resources, and timelines across production and design teams.
• Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to executives and stakeholders.
• Mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement in program execution.
• Document lessons learned and support business development activities.
