Job summary

Mach Industries Inc. is seeking a Production Coordinator to translate production plans into daily factory execution. You will coordinate priorities, material readiness, and hardware movement to keep teams aligned and milestones met.

You will work closely with Production, Supply Chain, Inventory, Engineering, and Quality to identify constraints, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery. A hands-on, organized approach is essential on the busy factory floor.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in production coordination or related manufacturing role.
• Experience tracking work orders, material availability, and production priorities.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and experience using an ERP, MRP, or MES.
• Willingness to work directly on the production floor and provide hands-on support.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily and weekly production priorities with leaders to support schedule execution and milestones.
• Track work orders and hardware through manufacturing, inspection, and final integration.
• Review upcoming work for material, documentation, and resource readiness; identify constraints early.
• Coordinate kitting, lineside replenishment, material transfers, and shortage recovery with Inventory and Supply Chain.
• Communicate production progress, priority changes, and delivery risks across departments.
• Support work order readiness and closure by verifying transactions and documentation.
• Improve material flow and coordination to reduce delays for new programs and higher volumes.
• Provide hands-on factory and material handling support while following safety and quality rules.
