Job summary

Magnetic Inspection Laboratory Inc (MIL) seeks a Maintenance Technician to support multiple facilities with proactive improvements to infrastructure, systems, and processes. You will work in a collaborative team to keep critical space, aircraft, and defense-related equipment running safely and efficiently.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, with opportunities to learn Fanuc robotics, PLCs, and industrial process equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in industrial maintenance with pneumatic, plumbing, electrical, and steam systems a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair industrial processing equipment such as hoists, HVAC units, pumps, and boilers.
• Troubleshoot equipment and systems including rectifiers, PLCs, VFDs, and control systems.
• Respond quickly to production interruptions and emergencies.
• Refurbish equipment by replacing worn components and refinishing.
• Assist with maintenance projects and facility restorations.
