Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of customer accounts to ensure on-time product deliveries and schedules.
• Forecast, plan and monitor profitability, costs and contract terms with customers.
• Lead program tracking meetings and provide data-driven performance reporting.
• Coordinate with cost engineering, finance and SCM on cost analyses and variances.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms; ensure high customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Communicate with customers regularly to maintain satisfaction and drive program success.
