Job summary

Eleven Recruiting seeks a Program Manager for our aerospace/defense client in Hayden, ID. You will own the program from early customer contact through completion, coordinating design, manufacture, and delivery while partnering with shop floor teams and senior leadership.

The role requires hands-on collaboration with engineering, quality, and operations to drive program success, maintain schedule and budget, and ensure ITAR compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field preferred.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience in aerospace/defense/advanced manufacturing.
• Experience managing programs across multiple lifecycle phases.
• Familiarity with phase-gate or NPD processes.
• Hands-on experience with cross-functional teams in production environments.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, cost and schedule tradeoffs.
• Knowledge of ITAR/export control requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications regarding program schedules, technical requirements, contractual commitments, and status updates.
• Own overall program health across quality, cost, and delivery for one or more programs.
• Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and define work plans across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations.
• Develop proposals and assist in contract negotiation and changes.
• Coordinate and monitor program performance across schedule, cost, and technical execution.
• Ensure compliance with export controls and ITAR requirements.
