Job summary

The Panther Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support commercial, military, and aerospace customers in a manufacturing context. You will respond to inquiries, process orders, quotes, and returns while coordinating with Engineering, Production, Logistics, and Sales to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.

Responsibilities

Serve as a key point of contact for commercial, military, and aerospace customers.
Respond to inquiries, orders, and support requests.
Process orders, quotes, and returns accurately in an ERP system.
Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Logistics, and Sales to meet customer requirements.
Monitor orders and communicate updates or changes to customers.
