Job summary

Wall Colmonoy Corporation in Oklahoma City is seeking an Accountant, Aerospace & Defense to own the full-cycle monthly close for OKC and Cincinnati, manage AR, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, and intercompany accounting. This hands-on role supports the Aerospace & Defense BU and reports to the Controller, with occasional travel to Cincinnati.

Qualifications

• :
• 3+ years of accounting experience with independent close ownership.
• GL, journal entry, and reconciliation proficiency.
• AR management and collections experience.
• ERP experience in a manufacturing or multi-entity environment.
• Comfortable working in a recently live D365 environment during stabilization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• On-site availability - Oklahoma City.
• CPA or active CPA candidate (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own monthly close for both OKC and Cincinnati.
• Manage AR, aging reviews, and collections.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and fixed asset postings.
• Prepare intercompany entries and reconcile IC balances.
• Support D365 stabilization and ERP improvement efforts.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis to Aerospace & Defense BU leadership.
