Job summary

TGG Accounting in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a Customer Service/Account Manager to own an established portfolio in the aerospace and defense sector. This is a 100% onsite role with no cold calling, focusing on existing accounts and strengthening key relationships.

You will manage orders end-to-end, collaborate with engineering and operations, and utilize HubSpot CRM and ERP systems. Expect a structured ramp‑up with mentorship in a seasoned manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Track record in customer service, account management, inside sales, or manufacturing support.
• Stable work history; no job hopping.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of aerospace & defense accounts.
• Manage orders end-to-end from inquiry to delivery.
• Build long-term relationships and provide proactive support.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations on customized solutions.
• Analyze customer specs, drawings, and project requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, blanket orders, and timelines.
• Maintain account activity in HubSpot CRM and ERP systems.
• Identify and grow opportunities within owned accounts.
