Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 4-7 years related experience.
• Preferred: Certification in Hydraulic Principles.

Responsibilities

• Set up tests as required.
• Drill parts using micro-drills and lathes.
• Read gauges and log data per ATP.
• Swedge noses to form 37 and 45.
• Lock-wire and torque seal parts.
• Follow daily dispatch reports and supervisor direction.
• Maintain accurate parts and counts for each job.
• Install internal components using fixtures.
• Identify causes for test failures and suggest corrective action.
• Set up and operate micro laser weld machine.
• Set up and operate drill press for crimp roll.
• Seek lean ideas to improve efficiency.
• Maintain all hand tools in good condition.
• Notify supervisor of equipment repairs.
• Keep workstation and test equipment clean.
• Handle and dispose of chemicals properly.
• Follow safety standards and use safety equipment.
• Read and understand blueprints and hydraulic concepts.
• Maintain 100% quality rating and <0.1% rejects.
