Job summary

Crissair, Inc. is seeking a CNC Milling operator to run milling equipment and ensure jobs meet quality and customer standards. The role requires basic math, reading, and the ability to interpret specifications, drawings, and safety instructions.

You will maintain machines, document SPC data, and pursue lean process improvements while adhering to company policies. A high school diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in related role or training.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, safety rules, and manuals.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills; English proficiency required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret documents.

Responsibilities

• Check inspection features of production hardware as directed.
• Clean work areas, including machinery, carts, and floor.
• Check parts and keep machines running.
• Create and edit MDl machine tool codes at the control.
• Select feeds and speeds based on material.
• Generate and document SPC data as required.
• Earn and maintain OCP certification.
• Seek and document lean process improvement ideas.
