Job summary

Crissair, Inc. seeks an experienced technician to perform A&T operations, test completed assemblies per ATP, and rework rejected parts. You will read technical drawings, follow instructions, and reassemble to meet quality standards in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

The role requires setting up tests, drilling parts, logging data, and using precision equipment while maintaining safety and lean process improvements. Strong English communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 7+ years related experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Certification in Hydraulic Principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up tests as required.
• Drill parts using micro-drills and lathes.
• Read pressure gauges and flow meters and log data to ATP requirements.
• Identify causes for test failures and suggest corrective action.
• Set up and operate micro laser weld machine.
• Maintain safety standards and clean work area.
• Seek lean ideas to improve department efficiency.
