Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with deburring and finishing of precision-machined parts.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and manufacturing instructions.

Responsibilities

• Deburr precision-machined metal components using hand tools, rotary tools, files, stones, and specialized equipment
• Inspect parts under microscopes and magnification equipment to ensure cosmetic and dimensional quality
• Remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections without compromising critical dimensions
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, travelers, and specifications
• Identify defects or quality concerns and communicate issues to Quality or Production leadership
• Maintain accurate production documentation
• Keep work areas organized, clean, and compliant with safety requirements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that improve quality and efficiency
• Work closely with Machining, Inspection, and Quality teams to ensure customer requirements are met
