Job summary

Atomus is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own post‑go‑live relationships with defense and aerospace customers. You will ensure security, compliance, and ongoing success by collaborating with a Cybersecurity Engineer and coordinating with the Customer Success and Engineering teams.

You will guide customers through regulatory requirements like NIST 800‑171 and CMMC Level 2, translate controls into business outcomes, and own retention while surfacing feedback for product improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, technical support, GRC, or a client-facing role at a B2B SaaS or technology company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to simplify complex technical and regulatory topics.
• Strong ownership, organization, and follow-through across multiple accounts and priorities.
• Comfort learning a technical, highly regulated product.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco full-time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and first line of support for a portfolio of customers' cybersecurity and compliance questions.
• Lead quarterly compliance reviews with customer leadership and drive documentation to sign-off.
• Guide customers through the NIST 800-171 and CMMC Level 2 lifecycle, translating technical controls into clear business outcomes.
• Partner with a Cybersecurity Engineer to co-own the management of customer accounts.
• Own retention and surface customer feedback to our engineering and product teams to improve the Aegis platform.
• Travel to customer sites approximately once per month.
