• Serve as liaison between customers and stakeholders for project alignment.
• Utilize RFQ specifications to determine cost estimation.
• Collaborate with Procurement for supplier quotes.
• Maintain historical cost database for accuracy.
• Evaluate risks associated with RFQs and documentation.
