Job summary

NR Consulting seeks an experienced contracts administrator to manage aftermarket aerospace contracts and related purchase orders in Los Angeles. You will review requirements, pricing, terms, and delivery schedules, coordinating inputs from internal teams to ensure compliance and timely proposals.

The role involves communicating with customers, supporting negotiations, monitoring performance, and managing amendments, extensions, and regulatory obligations across aerospace programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2+ years of contract administration/management experience, preferably aerospace or military/government contracts.
• Strong customer communication, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret contract terms, purchase orders, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Contract management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts and customer purchase orders for aftermarket aerospace products.
• Review contract requirements, pricing, terms, delivery schedules, and compliance.
• Prepare proposals/RFP responses and coordinate input from internal teams.
• Communicate with customers to review requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues.
• Monitor contract performance, financials, deliveries, amendments, and extensions.
• Support contract negotiations, claims, export compliance, and customer presentations.
• Ensure compliance with company, government, and aerospace regulations.
