Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking a Recruiter to manage full life cycle recruitment for manufacturing roles, including aviation/aerospace and DOD segments. The role requires extensive sourcing, strong collaboration with Hiring Managers, and the ability to build a robust candidate pipeline for propulsion division.

The position is a 4+ month contract located at our Centennial, Colorado facility, with a strong emphasis on independent work, urgency, and adherence to Beehive’s culture and values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life-cycle experience in a dynamic in-house recruitment role.
• At least 3+ years recruiting for manufacturing roles in aviation/aerospace/DOD.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.
• Demonstrated ability to source via innovative methods and build talent pipelines.
• Independent worker with proactive, out-of-the-box thinking.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through networking and social channels.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and provide weekly updates and feedback.
• Build pipelines for mission-critical roles in propulsion/manufacturing.
• Manage candidates in the applicant tracking system.
• Ensure communication reflects Beehive Industries values and culture.
