Job summary

Beehive Industries, LLC in Knoxville, TN, seeks a Senior Recruiter to manage full lifecycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt manufacturing and propulsion engineering roles. You will source, screen, and build a strong candidate pipeline, coordinating interviews with hiring managers to move critical positions quickly.

You will collaborate with department heads, promote the company’s values, and represent Beehive at events to expand the talent pool.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life-cycle experience in an in-house recruitment role, 3 of those years in aviation/aerospace.
• Experience with recruiting exempt/non-exempt manufacturing roles is preferred.
• Ability to deliver quickly in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Beehive Industries is dedicated to Powering American Defense by revolutionizing the design, development, and delivery of jet propulsion systems to support the warfighter. Through the integration of additive manufacturing, the company aims to meet the growing and urgent needs for unmanned aerial defense by dramatically improving a jet engine’s speed to market, fuel efficiency, and cost.

Founded in 2020, the company is headquartered in Centennial, Colorado, with additional facilities in Knoxville, Tennessee, Loveland Ohio, and Mount Vernon, Ohio. Beehive is committed to grow and advance the defense industrial base while manufacturing exclusively in the USA. This role will be located at our Knoxville, Tennessee facility.

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter who will manage and support full life cycle recruitment for various exempt and non-exempt Manufacturing and Propulsion Engineering roles within Beehive Industries.

Responsibilities:

• Source, identify and recruit qualified candidates through various networking channelsandthrough-out social media
• Build a pipeline of candidates for very specific skill sets that are needed for critical roles
• Manage candidates who apply on the applicant tracking system
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers to facilitate the selection process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including job description development, interview techniques and candidate evaluation
• Enhance the organization’s brand by promoting its values, cultures, and career opportunities through various channels.
• Represent Beehive Industries at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to expand talent pool.
• Ensures that communication with candidates is reflective of Beehive Industries values and culture.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full life-cycle experience in an in-house recruitment role, 3 of those years in the aviation and aerospace industry.
• Preferred experience in dynamic/fast paced, growing organizations.
• Preferred experience with recruiting for exempt and non-exempt manufacturing roles.
• A sense of urgency to deliver for the business while also effectively working together as part of a team.
• Proven ability to utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage with a diverse pool of niche talent.
• Proactive approach and thinking outside the box.
• Ability to work independently.
