Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage full life-cycle recruitment for Manufacturing and Propulsion Engineering roles at the Knoxville facility. You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews while partnering with hiring managers to understand needs and timelines.

The role requires 5+ years of in-house recruiting, with at least 3 years in aviation/aerospace. A proactive, independent approach and strong sourcing skills are essential to drive a fast-paced, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life-cycle experience in an in-house recruitment role.
• 3+ years in the aviation and aerospace industry.
• Experience recruiting for exempt and non-exempt manufacturing roles is preferred.
• Ability to deliver with urgency while collaborating as a team.
• Proven ability to use innovative sourcing methods to attract niche talent.
• Proactive and independent work style.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify and recruit qualified candidates through networking channels and social media.
• Build a candidate pipeline for highly specific skill sets for critical roles.
• Manage applicants in the ATS and coordinate interview processes.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand needs.
• Guide hiring managers on job descriptions, interview techniques and candidate evaluation.
• Promote Beehive’s values and career opportunities across channels.
• Represent Beehive at job fairs, networking events and conferences.

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter who will manage and support full life cycle recruitment for various exempt and non-exempt Manufacturing and Propulsion Engineering roles within Beehive Industries.

Responsibilities:

• Source, identify and recruit qualified candidates through various networking channelsandthrough-out social media
• Build a pipeline of candidates for very specific skill sets that are needed for critical roles
• Manage candidates who apply on the applicant tracking system
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers to facilitate the selection process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including job description development, interview techniques and candidate evaluation
• Enhance the organization’s brand by promoting its values, cultures, and career opportunities through various channels.
• Represent Beehive Industries at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to expand talent pool.
• Ensures that communication with candidates is reflective of Beehive Industries values and culture.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full life-cycle experience in an in-house recruitment role, 3 of those years in the aviation and aerospace industry.
• Preferred experience in dynamic/fast paced, growing organizations.
• Preferred experience with recruiting for exempt and non-exempt manufacturing roles.
• A sense of urgency to deliver for the business while also effectively working together as part of a team.
• Proven ability to utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage with a diverse pool of niche talent.
• Proactive approach and thinking outside the box.
• Ability to work independently.
