Qualifications

• Experience in ISO Class 5–8 cleanrooms or similar environments.
• Knowledge of particulate contamination, molecular contamination, and NVR.
• Strong manufacturing engineering fundamentals and leadership abilities.
• Ability to organize, plan, schedule, and coordinate workloads to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain contamination control plans and work instructions for manufacturing and integration activities.
• Establish contamination control requirements for cleanrooms, assembly areas, TVAC testing, and precision cleaning operations.
• Lead contamination risk assessments through product design, manufacturing, transportation, and environmental testing.
• Support precision cleaning, bake-out, packaging, storage, and handling requirements for flight hardware.
• Maintain contamination monitoring programs including airborne particle counts, surface cleanliness inspections, and witness samples.
• Collaborate with design engineering and facilities to maintain cleanroom certification, filtration systems, and environmental controls.
