Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with wet-lay composite materials and hand lay-up.
• Mechanical assembly experience with composites.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Willingness to work extended hours as required.
• Familiarity with bonding processes and surface preparation.

Responsibilities

• Perform hand lay-up of wet-lay composites.
• Cutting and trimming composite parts to close tolerances.
• Bonding and fastening of assemblies, surface prep for bonding.
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced shop.
• Operate hand tools and inspect equipment.
