Qualifications

• Composites Certification or 1 year experience in composites.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with tool calibration and inspection.
• Familiarity with drawings, blueprints, and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform lay-up techniques using pre-pregs or wet lay-up; cut, bag, and trim operations.
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and lay-up charts for quality.
• Assemble and cast polyurethane on various molds and surfaces.
• Operate presses, ovens, and autoclaves following established procedures.
• Record data using Excel and time-tracking software.
